Gun Values? Friend is selling off most of his collection.

A friend of mine is going to be selling off most of his collection, and neither of us have a book of gun values. Any chance some of you guys could help out with sharing what you think are reasonable asking prices for any of these guns? I did some googling and came up with the estimates in red...Let me know if I'm way off base on any of them. Sorry, no photos yet.

Weatherby Vanguard VGX in .270 Win. 24" blued barrel, high grade walnut stock, Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10x40 AO scope with plex reticle. mint condition. about 50 rounds fired through it.
Browning A-Bolt chambered in .338 Win. Mag. 26" blued barrel . Bell & Carlson synthetic stock and has been full length glass bedded. Leupold Vari-X ll 3-9x40 with plex reticle. very good condition with only about 40 rounds fired through it.
(I'm thinking ~$950-$1,000 each for the above)
Ruger .357 Mag. revolver Security Six Stainless Steel 6" (~$400?)
Ruger .44 Mag. revolver Redhawk Stainless Steel 7.5" (~$650?)
    Browning 12 ga. Semi-Auto Shotgun Gold Hunter 3.5" w/ 28" barrel (~$800?)
Remington 12 ga. Pump Shotgun Wingmaster 870 28" barrel (35 years old) (~$550?)
Marlin 12 ga. Bolt Action Model 55 Goose Gun w/ 36" barrel (~$100?)
Winchester Lever Action Model 94 (post 64) 30-30 cal. 20" barrel (looks like values are all over the place depending on condition)
Remington Model 700 Bolt Action rifle .300 Weatherby 24" barrel and after market stock with Leupold Vari-X lll 4.5-14x40 scope ($~750?)
Remington 700 (mountain rifle) 30-06 22" barrel muzzle brake with Leupold Vari-X lll 4.5-14x40 scope(~$750?)

Please let me know if my estimate prices are way off.

Can't help you with the specifics above, but to me the problem with published values is that's what certain people think they're worth at a point in time (print date) and don't take into account what people WANT (what will sell and for how much).

For true market values, I'd suggest checking out current market data. Sites such as gunbroker, auction arms, guns america, etc. have prices that people are asking (and buying) for right now.

On Gunbroker, do a search (advanced search) for closed auctions that have closed recent. Check the bid count and see if they met the reserve. Take those price points and compare to yours adjusting as necessary for condition, originality, etc.
For Rarer items, you may need to rely on published fare.

I'd suggest the history in Calguns marketplace, but people continually replace the price with "SOLD" which makes any market research from Calguns one step up from useless.

    HTH, Good luck.

I have a subscription to the Blue Book of Gun Values, online.

Give me a couple of hours and I'll get you some values.
I'm not having a glass of wine, I'm having SIX. It's called a tasting and it's classy.

The ones with a Leupold scopes could be higher.

Blue Book of Guns is like the Beckett. It makes you feel good of your assets, but only eager buyers would pay that price.

I would also use gunbroker.com to see sold prices. All others are just waiting for that eager buyer. How soon does you friend want to sell everything?

He's not really in much of a hurry to sell them. He first asked me to help him sell them about over 2 months ago, and hadn't even gotten the information to me until a few days ago.
