30 day wait between DROS on pistols

Does the 30 days between DROS limit for pistols start on the first or last day of the first pistol DROS'd? Ex: If I bought one on the 1st of the month, and the month had 30 days in it could I buy another one the 1st of the next month?

30 day period starts on the day the DROS is submitted for first pistol.

Support a fellow calgunner and buy a gun from the classifieds. Do a private party transfer and the 30 day wait doesn't apply!

It's 30 days to the minute. So if you drosed a gun on the first at noon, and the month has 30 days, you can't dros another one until the first at 12:01. As Paul r said, if it is a ppt it doesn't count toward the 1 every 30.
