For the first time tonight I saw footage of the formal surrender of Herman Goering. He sat down and took off his chest holster and laid it on the table. An Allied officer took the pistol and removed it. You can only see the gun for a fraction of a second it but it really looked like a S&W revolver with black S&W grips on it. Anyone know for sure what it was?
