Happy Saturday to everyone. I am on the way to my first estate auction. There is about 20 firearms up for bid. All kinds 10/22, Granad, M1 Car, Sphinx, Win. 1200 and defender and more. Any tips before we start to bid?

Check the condition thoroughly during inspection period beforehand. Set a spending limit per item, otherwise you might overbid.

Don't get caught up in the bidding...perfect scenario has you raising your hand once, after other bidders have fought it out and stalled below your limit price. Wait until you hear "going twice". There is absolutely nothing to be gained by bidding early. Good luck!

Conditions seem to be fair - good. Hope fully keep the prices down.

There's a really clean Colt Model 70 no mags no box. What do you thing its worth? Range 500-700?

There is a Pardini target left hand available as well.

joking. I used to go to lots of auctions in Nebraska. Many times I have seen items go for more than new price. Like was mentioned above, decide what you want to pay ahead of time and don't go any higher.

buyer pays fees becuase someone in the state thinks you need to be taxed twice on used items.
A privilege tax added on an item sold thru a auction company.

The last auction I went to 10 years ago had a well used re-nickeled luger with non matching numbers sell for $900
