Tannerite

Me and a buddy were looking to order some Tannerite.

Few questions -

Assuming you are shooting legally (on BLM land), is their a restriction on how much tannerite you can put together to shoot at? If we wanted to put several pounds together - what restrictions do we have?

None. It doesn't create fire (in theory) I have done up to 20 pounds, and it's a hoot.

I think it is 8 or 10 lbs. together, I am sure somebody else knows which it is.
