I was going by the name of the source of the photo. It certainly looks like the adapter in the High Road post but it shows more than one bullet coming from each adapter barrel and the adapter itself only holds one round per barrel.

OK, Look how unstable the bullets are after leaving the barrels.

ETA: It only looks like each barrel has more than one .22 in it, because you're looking at it from the side.
