    First try at Kydex.

Well how about a few pics.

Press made with some old plywood and some 1" foam from Knifekits.com

Started with a mag carrier, double stack .40 S&W

Used a heat gun to heat the sheet of kydex.

Into the press, now I didn't take photos of the rest of the day.

The finished product, what do you think? I wore it for a few hours, the holster is nice and comfy, but the mag carrier sucks IWB.

    Kydex came from Knifekits.com

Paid about $6 per 12x12 sheet.

I'll say this, it was harder than I thought it would be. Especially on the mag carrier, But I leanred alot about the process. Tomorrow my friend is coming over and we'll make one for his Glawk 17.
