Buyer beware. Today at Sierra Arms I was quoted $119 for a Magpul MOE which is DOUBLE what most places are selling for. I thought maybe he had it confused for the CTR, so I said "thats more then what most places are selling the CTR for". I got a very rude response of "most places don't have our overhead". One of two things happened, either the sales person made a mistake and decided to be a wise ***** instead of owning up to it or Sierra Arms is ripping people off. Sierra Arms, you had a customer with cash in his pocket walk out of your store today! I will not be back, and will do my best to make sure nobody I know every walks into your store either. If the sales person that I talked to today reads this, Don't try teaching a farmer about overhead, you have NO clue!

Sierra Arms is on Carpenter in Modesto.
I've always had great experiences there. Great customer service and great gunsmith at very reasonable rates. I haven't been there in a few years. Hope they haven't changed.

Sounds like maybe he gave you the price for the entire stock assbly (stock, buffer tube, buffer, spring, etc.) not just the buttstock itself!?

Otherwise,...sheesh!

Sierra arms had an excellent customer service and prices are very reasonable.

Eh...they just 'moved' to a bigger store, so they probably pushed their prices up a bit. Go there for guns, and get them from the 'gun genie' program through davidsons, to get the best prices from them. They treated me pretty well there, I've had no problems. I've purchased a gun, and transferred there. No hassle at all.
