Belgium Browning 22lr auto take down never ever fired

Help, it is my first day, I have a brand new unfired Belgium Browning 22 LR take-down, it is perfect-brand new, flawless and basically untouched, I believe it to be mid 50's vintage. I have not been able to locate its equal anywhere, but, I might be looking in the wrong places? What I am wanting to get from this post is a estimated value, I have taken it to our local Bass Pro Shop and they verified it is truly unfired, and everyone in the gun dept. was very excited about its brand new cond. it has the original owners booklet and has been stored in its aftermarket rifle case that was purchased with rifle. I have no use for this beautiful rifle, and would like to see it go to possibly a private collector? Anyone have any advice for me, ie; value, or someone, or some where I might be able to sell it for good price? I am located in Contra Costa County in No. CA.

These fine little guns are very collectable (I have one myself and have shot it many many times)---there are several slight variations of this rifle over its years of production that can have an effect on its value---posting some pics would help---also if you have the orig. box or any papers would help the value as well.

Really? I have one of those. Got it like 35 years ago. Only fired it a few times,
still in original box with papers. Had no idea they were collectors items.

Not necessarily "collectors items" - but very popular with collectors (and accumulators).

OP - take a look on GunBroker or a similar site for similar guns to get a price. I'm thinking something in the high $400s or low $500s - but I'm just spitballin'.

Oh, I am sure that a Browning collector would pay a lot more than $400-500 for a orig Belgium Browning .22 rifle in mint unfired condition!
