I was wondering, if a schizophrenic owns a gun, does he need to re-dros it when he changes personalities?

Can he possess a registered AW if he can't transfer it?

What about hi-cap mags bought before the ban? Does he have to prove which personality bought them?

Just wondering...that way it is in California I bet someone uses this as a defense...and wins!!
