Thanks maddog. That's a before and after picture of my Mosin. Apparently refinishing them so they dont look like they were transported in an old toilet qualifies as bubba'ing... Or so I've been told the last time I tried to proudly show off my handiwork.

So is that an Enfield that has been converted to fire a pistol round and pistol gripped?
That's actually kind of cool if it's like the rifles the OSS had converted to 45ACP and silenced. My bench metal teacher told us about them (old Englishman and a former Gurkha) and he thought they were fantastic rifles. Not sure if that was the intention but it's a modern take on an old idea.
