    AR buffer tube

I'm looking for a good quality, 6 position tube for my Magpul MOE stock (mil-spec) and notice varying prices among manufacturers? Are there any quality differences?

For example, the ones made by UTG, Daniel Defense, DSA, etc. are all made of aluminum and hard annodized, but the UTG tube is considerably cheaper.

    Thanks for any help!

Having a dozen AR style rifles six in .223 ,five in .308 and one in 9mm.I don't see much of a difference.I have Armalite and POF that are little longer for .308 ,DPMS,Eagle, UTG,Daniel Defense, unknown ones . The color of black maybe, gloss and dull and rough and smooth.

I have been looking into getting the MOE stock for my rifle, but wasn't sure whether to get the Mil Spec or Commercial. From looking on Magpuls website, it looks like the Milspec doesn't fit on 6 position buffer tubes.

How are you coming to that conclusion?
