I don't know about the UZI, but Atlantic is good to go.
I bought my Saiga 12 from them a while back. Responded to emails fast and shipped the gun fast. No problems.
They do have a section in the Vendor Forum here.

Its a great place to get firearms got 3 last year. Fined your ffl first. read all the info. on Atlantic site.
