Looky at what I got to shoot!

So I was at the range yesterday, and heard an unfamiliar noise. When I went to investigate, I found what?

Someone shooting an M-60. I got a turn too...

Don't hate me because I moved to Montana. Also, as this was the first time I ever fired an M-60, I know I was not leaning into it properly. So what.

You know, there is still room here.

I once got promoted for lighting up a bunker with it while CSMAJ was watching.

Montana huh? How are jobs in Montana?

Jobs? We don't need no stinking jobs!

At 45 I have decided to retire. I may buy a small business so I don't go stir crazy, but if we live frugally we don't really need to work. Maybe do something just to get health benefits.

Pray for the continued health of the stock market!

Also last week I made my first private party handgun purchase! What a thrill! Of course the sheepleness thoughts kept trying to tell me I was doing something wrong, but I got over it.

I agree. All this talk about unrestricted firearms, wide open skies, freedom and happiness is too darn depressing.

Be that as it may.... I'd probably rather want to live in california. The weather here is just too damn good.

I've only seen snow ONCE in my life

That there video is proof that pistol grips allow spraying from the hip, and not having to reload!

Although, on the CA thing... I'm sticking around for the foreseeable future. Free states are where you retire to, CA's where you make the money up front to make that retirement comfortable.

+1 on that. Also, we are fighting the fight and not giving up here! I have a hard believing that the women are as hot there as they are here. God Bless America and short shorts on hot sunny California days!

I'd be quite happy being somewhere my woman doesn't have any competition in the looks department. I'd never look once, let alone twice, at the butter fiends and hambeasts which I was surrounded with in the south.

Tripod mounted M-249? Pansy. The -249 should be fired prone, offhand (acceptable to use your surroundings for stability), or from the hip in a fit of manliness. Tripods are for the ma deuce.

Speaking of M60's, I wouldn't have thought that this was even possible,
