You may actually receive it. They're just so hit and miss that it isn't typically worth it dealing with them.

i dropped them years ago. it had gotten to the "shame on me" stage, and so bad that they sent me a wrong item that actually cost more yet never even responded when i asked for an exchange. i called them up once some other time they messed up, got a pleasant and helpful-sounding person on the phone, then never heard back again.

they used to be fairly reliable for me like 6 years ago, and the closeout deals were just too good to resist. then they started to go downhill with shipping time and constant canceled orders because they'd never update their web site when stuff was out of stock. aside from wrong items and other screwups. i think they still have never refunded me money for a small order i returned (<$20). i have a feeling they cater to LE and pretend to serve the public, just to fill out the bottom line.

i once recommended them to a number of people, now i feel sorry for having done so. good luck.

I have never had any problems with them. Just call and make sure the item is in stock before ordering.

After reading some review regarding Botach, I was a bit concerned even with the real great deal.

Too bad Botach's store is Law Enforcement only, else I would drive down and pick up a set of Aimpoint Pro's.

Keep us up to date with the progress of your order... Hopefully this may change the minds of those who are concerned ordering from Botach

I think it depends on if they have it in stock. I have heard that if they don't have something in stock they won't tell you they just won't ship it until they get it in. So you are left wondering if you will ever receive you product at all. They are even know to charge your card for some thing they don't have in stock and have not shipped. I have ordered from them in the past with no problems. Good luck!

Botach is hit or miss from what I hear. I order once took about a week, not bad.

The "not knowing if it's in stock and having your card charged anyway" issue bit me twice and I no longer go to them. Calling customer service and being mislead or given the wrong information didn't do anything to change my opinion of them.

I ordered my from Palmetto State Armory. I will get it Friday (UPS note was emailed yesterday). I didn't get free toys, but I know it was in stock and I know I'll get good information. G&R Tactical and SKDtac also carry it and their on line web pages and customer service are solid.
