CZ Firearms - Flickr group

Unabashed web pimpery here -- I love looking at pics, so I started a goup on Flickr for CZ's a few weeks ago:

Any of y'all CZ-owning (handgun/rifle/shotgun - all are welcome) Flickr people come on out and share your weapon! I tried taking a fancy "photo shoot" style pic of mine for the group, didn't come out half bad (http://flickr.com/photos/rivviepop/7.../in/pool-czub/) for $10 of fabric and a $200 point-n-shoot camera.

Personally I'd love to see pics of custom things you've done to your weapon.

Man I'm so out of touch with what's going on, I don't even know what a Fickr group is.

I do own a CZ though, a left handed, model 452, 22 rimfire rifle.

Flickr is just a popular website to share photos, that's all. There are a million and one websites for sharing pics but Flickr is by far the most popular and best organized (in my opinion).

One interesting thing about Flickr is that you can mark a photo of your weapon private (or family/friends only), then when you add it to the CZ Firearms group only group members can see it. They do realize you may not wish to make something generically public, which might be the case for weapons - it's your privacy, you have control.

You can get free Flickr accounts to upload pics, so there's no real charge if you're new to it -- the paid accounts ($25/year) allow uploading more (quantity) and larger (quality) if you get into it, but you don't have to - sharing pics with a free account works just fine.

EDIT: I do have a note on the CZ group recommending you black-out your serial number(s) if you are concerned about privacy as well - exercise your constitutional right if you feel the need.
