You don't pay for the HSC for every purchase, nor is it only needed for purchase(you need it if someone loans a handgun to you as well). DROS is also $25, not $35(PPTs are $35).

You're not kidding, I'm gonna be blowing an extra $61.00 on a hundred and eighty dollar rifle. That's almost exactly 33%. Just fricken lovely-----now I'm gonna have to pull one of my Kids out of college just to buy ammo for this thing.
