I'm assuming you read the link...

because I don't see a problem with what he proposed. This time.

His history is abominable at best, but these don't seem bad and do not infringe on law-abiding gun owners or any other non-criminal.

Take your kid to your robbery...not a good idea anyway, especially if they get shot.
Charge 15-17-year olds with guns as adults (maybe has wiggle room).
Felons in posession of a firearm.
Pointing a firearm at an emergency worker.

His point of dredging up OLD failed legislation is a problem. After a while, the legislators get ground down.

Do I support him in any way? Not only no. I think he is from a long line of crooks and bullys. But, until he gets term-limited or voted out, he makes California look tame.
