bluing service for orange county?

Anybody have a recommendation for bluing and possible restoration of rifles. Rifle has some rust and pitting.

Check out techplate - http://techplate.com/black_oxide_coating.htm. I believe the class 3 is hot bluing. I have spoke to Marshal several times and plan on taking a gun out to them for hard chrome.
