My first three guns ever: White Oak Armament AR, Glock 22 .40, and a Ruger 10/22. They are the first three guns I have ever owned, and each one is great.

Both the Revolvers my father carried them off duty..... and the Marlin Rifle was my first my father bought me when I was 6 years old ............ All these are special due to my father passed away in 1988 while breaking up a assault off duty I was only 8 years old..........

Many years of collecting, sold a few and regretted it, bought some back, replaced others. None are for sale anymore.

There is one, my last to go as it were, if all else failed and I had to sell - not that I would.

An old Sig P220 I bought new in 87. I defended my family with it one dark and lonely night. Its been the "bedside gun" as well and I'd never let it go.

When I get old and pass on, my daughter will have it and know it saved her life and all those therefore that come after her.

I'm going to have to say the two that I have now: My M&P45 and K31. The pistol fits like a glove and was my first firearm and has weathered everything I have thrown at it. The K31 was my first C&R and rifle. Love and cherish them both. Those two are never leaving.

Guns I'd never part with for sentimental reasons....
                • My dad's 22LR Ruger Bearcat SA revolver (mid-60s vintage) - grew up shooting
this in NV desert on family trips to Oregon
                  .
                • My dad's mid-80s stainless Series 80 Colt 1911. He loved that gun even though
                  |he never got out there and shot it.
                  .
                • Dad got me a mid-80s S&W 686-2 stainlesss 357 wheelgun (6"/full lug). Great gun.
                  .
                • Parag (late Calgunner, great friend, many Calgunners knew him) left me a H&R 45/70
rifle and Ruger stainless Bisley Blackhawk in 44Mag. (Of course, he'd gotten these
under my recommendation, along with a "Bill warranty": "If you don't like it, I'll buy
                  it from you...")
                  .My
                • My FNRA Ruger New Vaquero pair, and my NRA Kimber 84 308 rifle. Just 'cuz FNRA
                  guns are cool.
                  pair

I think the only gun I'll never get rid of is my MC Operator. The rest are expendable. Not saying any of them are currently for sale...

Probably my M1 Garand and Kar98k. I take those two rifles every time I hit the range. My M44 is the first rifle I bought so I don't know if I could sell it but I would let it go before my M1 and Kar98k if I had to.

I have 3 .22's that are special to me. Two are AMT custom shop built, and one of them is the first AMT custom shop 10-22. The other rifle is a Winchester 52 that was William Saroyan's target rifle with the original scope. There is a 4th .22, an Anschutz 1813 Supermatch with a 20x Unertl scope that will never leave the family.

This gun because when I retire, it's going to be my carry gun. I wish I could carry it on or off duty now, it's a sweet piece. Had a beavertail added, and a reliability package. Next is an ambi safety, and some novak sights. Maybe a crowned and recessed barrel.

This. Got it as a graduation present from my parents when I graduated from UCSB last June. I wont ever let go of it. Thinking of getting it engraved with my school and grad year, but havent really decided on what I want to do.
