The ATF has a real hair up it's *** when it comes to Trader's. I understand they told Mark Cucciara that ATF will never ever approve an FFL application if they see the name "Cucciara" on it.

One more reason to distrust / despise government.

They do still sell ammo and gun accessories, as well as the usual fishing, camping stuff. No waiting...

in other words, no way in hell. Believe me it is better that way.

Did Tony or Mark say this? I have had mixed results with Traders over the years. Good experiences and bad.

The good:

1) Dad taking me there to get my first gun when I was 12. A Marlin model 60.
2) Going there after my 1st paycheck after I turned 18 to get a Colt AR..
3) Great deals on ammo during their sales, cheap Aussie 308 by the case, Chicom 7.62x39 SC for pennies around, Turk 8mm by the trunk load, cheap South African 5.56x45...
4) BSing with Tony, Mark and the staff during the slow times..
5) Got excellent deals on Bulgie and E.German Makarovs, Sigs, GLocks and CZs..

The Bad:

1) The bad service when it was crowded.
2) The screwed paper work that delayed my pickup dates a few times.
3) The sometimes scary people coming to the store. True Gansters real OGs. Saw a full on pimp once..
4) Seeing gangbangers buying all the cool AWs right before Roberti-Roos went into effect.
5) The crap VZ-52 I got with a bad bore they would not take back..
