George is every bit the douche he appears to be. No amount of editing can make someone out to be that huge an ***hole. Someone needs to put him in his place; he hasn't even performed that well throughout the show.

Sad to see Jay go, but it was him and Jaime I was rooting for at this point, so this was a difficult matchup, if only because I liked both of them.

imo, that but a bad light on all military personnel. as an outsider, this puts an negative idea in my head that all military personnel have a "Us vs. Them" mentality and b/c of that it puts the respect I had that much lower.

You people obviously don't know how quasi-reality TV works. A show about guys shooting? How boring. The producers have to create tension and conflict and drama to put some excitement into the show.

Obviously it's working, based on the comments here. It is scripting, directing, and editing at its best.

Shame about this episode. I keep saying don't judge the competitors by the way the show is edited...but I don't think they could edit it to make George not look like a douche.

I just hate having the thought that the producers are making sure that we hate him so that we are all pissed when he wins the competition.

It's a good watch, but can be addictive and before you know it your whole weekend will be gone.

I actually joined George's "fan" page on FB so I could let him know everyone thinks he's a fool. Its funny, the entire page is folks just laying into him. Many are other military, saying how he has shamed service by his attitude. I hope he reads them and takes them to heart, but I'm not sure an idiot of his caliber can even read.

I would have expected a Douche move like that voting from George, but not the rest of the guys. And Ashley was the biggest coward of them all! He shot the slowest! It should have been Ashley and Joe in the elimination. At least joe knew it, Ashley was spineless, and the others followed with their lack of integrity. Gunny, should have been a leader, instead he is equally guitly. Shame to all.

George is in the closet and has animosity towards Jaime because he's attracted to him.
I also think that as a USAF sniper, the only sniping he does is when he tries to pick up on the aviators.
As a USAF sniper, I also doubt he sees as much combat as a Marine, Army, or Navy person.

Lol I just checked out his FB page and literally every comment is some variation of " dude you're a total douche " wow I kinda feel bad now... I mean people know they do editing to get people more interested in the show and create extra conflicts but his comments are kinda well, ya know.

Seriously, you should write a (short) book on mental and physical focus. It would be great for any of us who are trying to compete.
