    Lever action/ auto survival rifle.

I am thinking what would be the perfect, run for the hills, survival rifle handgun combo. Semi auto a keltec 2000 in 9mm or 40cal. And a glock 19 or 23. Levergun would be a marlin .357 or 44mag with a matching S&W double action with a 4" or 5" barrel. What would be your choices, and way.

The keltec glock .40 cal combo for practical use. Although, a .357 combo does make me giggle thinking about it

If it were me, can't go wrong with an AK-type rifle.

But if you want ammo compatibility, go for a Ruger PC-9 or PC-4, and pair that with a 9mm or .40 S&W handgun, respectively, that way the ammo for the long arm and the sidearm are interchangeable, and you only have to carry 1 caliber.
        In Glock We Trust.

            Levergun

I do not reload, but do you think reloading a rimmed cartridge would be easier to reload on the run with one of the single stage hand job reloaders that I've seen at Cabelas I the color of it is red. Hornady or lee makes it. Would you have to crimp both rimmed and non- rimmed auto cartridges?

Marlin 1894C 357 mag and S&W 686 4inch. Interchangable ammo plus you can shoot 38spl. Not having to deal with magazines is a big plus for me and the 357 mag is good enough to hunt deer with.

Marlin 1894 .44 lever action 20" barrel and Ruger redhawk .44 5.5" ss. Cant go wrong when you hike around and dont have to fiddle with 2 different kinds of ammo.
