I have a saiga-12 with a fixed mag and pistol grip. I found this stock tube, mako tube. If I fix a ctr stock on there, is this still considered a collapsible stock? The tube moves back when the gun is fired like the knoxx stock, but it does not stay locked back making the shotgun shorter. Is this legal to do?
