Complete BS! Yet another person who served his country honorably being locked up on nonsense that any moron could see is impossible. Aside from the reporter being stupid as hell, this guy is actually in jail right now because of this crap. I hope CGF steps up.

Let's take up a collection to bail our Veteran and then have the CGF lawyers do their thing on Hysteria officials.

                        1. There is not enough karma in the world for the "wife" if you wanna call her that or the BF.

                        2. "Beatriz E. Valenzuela, Daily Press, Victorville, Calif." you are a disgrace to the literary/journalism field, you failed to do the one job you were supposed to do (state the facts - report the findings). The article is so vague that its barely news worthy. I'm sure the Sgt. wasn't very forthcoming with info as it is a pending investigation and they're probably unsure of their case.

3."o u t a n d wh e n t h ey" don't even know what to say about this other than stay in junior college another 8 years. I think you meant "out and when they" PROOF READ.

                        4. I think some calgunners should educate this idiot for lack of a better word BValenzuela@VVDailyPress.com (her email address is public domain, as its posted on her other articles which are gems by the way)

Was there an edit of the article? It says stolen military weapons now, and I don't remember that earlier. Perhaps that turns out to be true and the reporter just failed on weapons ID.

When I read it yesterday it said nothing about any of the weapons being stolen.

Is he out of prison yet, or does he just not hang out here cause he's a felon and can't own guns anymore?

I didn't read the article, but by "discharged from the military" could they mean "dishonorably discharged from the military"? That is a lifetime prohibition.

It says he got out after being hit by an IED, so I'd imagine it was medical, not a Dishonorable.

While responding to a lovers' quarrel deputies discovered a cashe of stolen military weapons at a Hesperia home early Sunday morning, officials said.

Andrew Paul, 25, a former Army soldier, was arrested at about 4 a.m. for receiving stolen property and for possession of dangerous weapons, Sgt. Colleen Kuhn of the San Bernardino County Sheriff 's Hesperia station said.
While I could have possibly missed it, I don't think 20 other Calgunners would have. They must have edited it. Either to add missing facts, or at missing BS to make him look more guilty.
