Legal to make my own mag lock device?

Or is there a process to make it a recognized brand, etc.?

There's no such thing as a "recognized brand" of magazine lock. CA DOJ doesn't certify or approve them.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

That's what I figured, but didn't want to assume. Sweet deal. I believe I may have an interesting idea coming.

      Thanks!
