Anyone know anything about the Kel-Tek PLR-16?

Can it be converted and made CA legal to a single shot for the DROS and re-established as a semi auto? As it is a featureless...can it accept DETACHABLE 10 round magazines?

Not sure about the rest, but if I read the flowchart right the magazine cannot be detachable since it is outside the grip, at bare minimum you would need a BB on it after converting it back from single shot.

AW laws are different for pistols and rifles. No such thing as a 'featureless' pistol...if the mag loads outside the PG, it needs a BB.

They make a California legal version of the carbine but I think you are SOL on the pistol.

Yes, once properly configured it can be shipped to CA. Like the AR pistol, the KelTec can never be "featureless".

Bullet button and a 1-shot sled before entering the state and you are good to go.

Ok, going non-featureless would work to acquire one here in the PRK. IMO, it sucks to not be able to use STANAG 30 rd AR mags legally for it though.
