looking for a good local gun smith

I have a kimber that has most of its finish completely gone, I want to find someone in the east bay area that is good at refinishing, I would like to gunkote it or something similar that will hold and not wear off so fast, any ideas of a place to go???

A suggestion on the finish would be Hard Chrome.
    Very tough finish.
