Would it be legal for somoene out of state to ship me several Pmags if I reassembled them with 10 round blocks and pinned them?

Sure, ship as parts/rebuild kits.***Honesty is the Foundation of One's Character***

Is there a standard for limiting them, or is it simply "not easily reconfigured?"
I'm planning to just cut my own blocks.sigpicComment

Make sure they can't hold more than 10 rounds, and a lot of people prefer to epoxy or rivet them shut as well, since somewhere in the PC it reads "permanent"(even though it isn't actually defined). The consensus seems to be, that if you can't take the mag apart again without cutting something up or breaking it, that's "permanent" enough.Comment

Ok, easy enough. I have a 10/30 pmag that I opened up and am just going to copy that block.
Thanks! This'll save me a little dough.sigpicComment
