    Advice on ar15 purchase!!!

Looking to buy my first ar, was looking at complete spikes tactical. Read a review in guns and weapons, seems to be a great budget ar. Any thoughts would be great. My use is target/desert shooting. We had a colt sporter and sold it a year or so before the ban, saddest thing ever.
I would love a complete BCM but i think it might be just over budget!

Unless you want to shoot targets at 1000' you should be just fine.

                  Colfax Tacitcal

Why don't you try Colfa Tactical. They make 80% Lower receivers and also sell the complete upper to go with it. Super great Quality and price. I think some were around $700.00 for everything. You really can't beat that. I bought one from their and I have to say, Best AR I have ever built. The customer service is fantastic. They also make the fixures you will need to complete the Lower for around $100.00. Check out their Web. colfaxtactical.com

Yea +1 to Riflegear .. Problem is you'll spend 1k on the rifle and another 500 on goodies for the rifle

Have you considered building one rather than buying one complete?

I would look into it more if I were you. I only own one gun, my AR. This is my first AR and my first gun that I have ever owned. I bought a complete upper and assembled a stripped lower. I wish I had gone further and assembled my own upper.
