    Gun Shops in AZ

Hey guys, I was supposed to post this thread up a few days ago...but I forgot.

I'm leaving for AZ in a few hours to visit my dad in Phoenix. Are there any good gun shops along the way that you guys can refer me to? Just looking to window shop the guns they have there, maybe pick up some ammo.

    Thanks!

Cabela's in Glendale is a good place to stop, shop & grab lunch. Their Elk burgers are pretty good. If you can make a long detour, J&G in Prescott is another great place.

If you are still near Cabela's then check out this shop during your stay.

SGC and US autoweapons are nice but this shop has the look and feel of a third world weapons bizarre. Most guns per square inch of any shop I've seen and they will tell you about each one for hours during down time.

So, did you go upstairs and have lunch or did you stick to the left side of the building as you entered?

I spend a whoooole lot of time on the left side of the building. I wanted an Elk burger, but I was late for dinner with pop. Will definitely come back on the way home...then AZFirearms.

SCG and Autoweapons looks good for today since I'm in Tempe.

I'm at AZ Firearms and Pawn. There's a nice Colt Delta 10mm next to a Tec-9. Awesome.

Are there any open desert places to shoot on the way back to Ca? I want to play with some 30 rounders before I have to take them apart.
