    Question about C Products LLC

I just came across cproductsllc.com for AR mags, placed an order very quickly because the prices are so good, but then decided to research feedback on the company. Only reviews I found were talking about how many weeks it takes for them to ship out orders and the lack of customer service at this company. Has anyone out there had any personal experience with this company? I just want to know if I should get ready to contact my credit card company because of the potential for trouble (based on other people's experiences.)
    Thanks.

Ive got c-probucts magazines for my 6.5 grendel, not a very good product but the only thing I could find. I would try a different brand.

I buy my AR mags from 44Mag.com

I have many coated stainless CProduct mags which work flawlessly. I prefer the steel over aluminum body.
Good prices and usually availability is good with free shipping. FYI, the gray anti tilt followers are the same as the orange. Orange just provides a visual safety feature for an empty mag.

I also buy my M1A mags here, but use CMI (CheckMate Industries). Also excellent.
      Good luck!

When their 1st batch of ar 9mm mags came out, I ordered them direct. Mags were crap. They were happy to take them back for swap or refund. They admitted they had flawed followers in the 1st gen. I sent them back, waited a month for swapped mags. Nothing, called them. They were sorry that return fell through. So, they overnighted my 3 new mags and gave me a extra one for my troubles. The new mags are 100%. Ordered some 7.62 x39 mags short time later with no issues.

I've ordered from them several times. Most orders have been shipped quickly with no issues, my last order did not. I got a confirmation on the order, but a month went by with no billing of my card and obviously no magazines showing up. I replied to the confirmation asking what was going on and my card was charged a couple days later and the mags showed up.

Customer service doesn't seem to be their strong suit, but their prices are good and their AR mags seem very well made.
