ar10 question

im thinking about building a ar10, and i was wondering if some of the parts are the same parts as ar15?? like stocks, buffer tube, free float handgaurds etc? havent seen or know anyone that that has one, so i want to start new project for myself, thanks .please advise me.

some are yes.
rear take down pin is diff the buffer is different.
some stocks are not made for the recoil so you should check.
there are a few other pieces but most are the same.
