don't buy gun vaults pmags. they hold 10 rounds but you can only have 9 to get the mag in with a closed bolt. They knew this and sold it to me telling me I was good to go. They admitted all their pmags do this from their maker and wouldn't refund me since I "used" the mag. But if I didn't use the mag I wouldn't have found out you can only get 10 rounds on a open bolt. Go to valkyrie arms. Tim and Mike are great guys there. They wouldn't sell you crap you don't want and make you keep it.

Ditto on this one. The GV mags are 30+ dollars or so, I bought one 20 rounder before I knew better. I have noticed it had some issues with 10 rounds, I figured it was just breaking in

Midwest Px is a good option or CAlegalmags. Not a fan of BAGV in general.

Keep in mind that some of these PMAG blocks can result in the mags that hold 11 rounds, which means that the store selling them is committing a felony. Since it's not Magpul doing the mods, it's real hit-or-miss with these 10/30 mags.

Not local of course but we do offer the PMAG rebuild kits for as low as 12.49 in quantity and the Magblock LLC injection-molded 10/30 blocks. We've consistently been unable to get more than 10 rounds in these. No failures to feed either. You can build your own 10/30's by assembling these kits with the Magblock inside and epoxy'ng the floor plate on. 100% CA Legal.

Not the mags I block. I check before I install and epoxy the baseplate and after.
