This Is How It's Supposed To Work

Two robbers pull guns on customers in a Florida Subway restaurant.

End result: One dead criminal and one criminal in critical condition: http://video.nbc6.net/player/?id=124291

    A couple of interesting notes:

    1) The identity of the hero with the CCW is never disclosed.

    2) The police make sure to state that the hero was "afraid for his life".

    3) The reporter continually calls the criminals "crooks" and not "victims".

Screw those two *****hats for leaving that customer with no other options.

I'm 100% certain that taking another person's life would screw me up for a LONG time... even if it was justified.

        ETA: Excellent reporting!

i'm sure it'd screw me up for a few weeks. running the situation through my head, trying to see if there was something i could have done better/different. But eventually i'll reach the same conclusion that i'm aware of right now: He made me choose between his life and my own. There are very few people in this world I would die for, and this guy wasn't one of them...

Nice shooting. Hmm, he didn't do what the antis always say a CCW holder will... he didn't come up shooting at the first hint. Sounds like he sat there and tried to wait it out until they started separating the customers for some reason. Not a good sign, IMO.

It would be like squashing a couple of cockroaches to me. I would wipe the blood off the bottom of my shoes on the curb and then take my sandwich home and eat it.

I didn't think Kempoprof was in Florida?

Thank you for the post, proof positive that CCW works.
