Maybe I'm in the minority but I really like his longer videos, I like to know every detail and he goes over everything you would want to know about something. Plus the guy probably shoots more then any of us, he really tests out his gear in training and his wilderness trips. Most of the gear I've bought recently are from his recommendations.

He does nothing more but take 45 minutes to tell me something I can google in seconds. He might be a good source of information for those without means to obtain it, but it isn't so hard to help myself.
The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Really? So you like the videos where he spends 30 minutes yammering on about 3" folding knife and telling you the same thing 5 times? It takes him 5-10 minutes to ramble off specs like overal length, folded length, blade length, blade shape, grind type, etc. These are things that you can get from the back of the package on some knives and the manufacturer websites for others.

"Dude, you sheepdogs out there(I'm waiting for him to just start saying sheepdudes) need a tactical folding knife, look at how tactical this tactical knife is, it's definitely going to be tactical in a tactical or WROL situation"

          It's almost as bad as

"FOR ONLY 3 FLEX PAYMENTS YOU GET THE FROST CUTLERY COLLECTION WITH COCOBOLO HANDLES, CHECK OUT THESE IN BANANAWOOD BECAUSE THEY'RE YELLOW, AND ORDER NOW AND GET THIS KATANA WITH A COCOBOLO SCABBARD AND BANANAWOOD HILT. REMEMBER FOR 3 FLEX PAYMENTS YOU'RE GETTING ALL 42 FROST CUTLERY COCOBOLO HANDLED KNIVES AND THE COCOBOLO SAMURAI SWORD BLAHBLAHBLAH LIMITED COCOBOLO EDITION"

Highly knowledgeable, a regular guy, willing to share his knowledge and experience with the rest of us. His reviews are long because he mixes in opinion, humor, and philosophy as well as being side tracked. I consider them thorough.

I get a kick out of listening to him, and find his philosophies line up fairly well with my own.

If you don't get his sense of humor, or philosophy don't watch, it's simple, plenty of other channels out there.

He is a strong 2a supporter and should be appreciated for that if nothing else, particularly here.

I've got nothing against the guy he's having fun making videos that some people enjoy. But this about sums it up for me.

Hickok45 is way better for info. Nutnfancy is kinda entertaining. He's good for getting newbies into guns but he is way far into the gun ninja thing. There are lots of off-shoots of guys on youtube doing similar ninja gun stuff. You can pick them off when they use the same phrases as he does. Kinda nerdy.
Sometimes its fun to watch none the less.

I've only watched his 10/22 video because I just bought one. I was surprised to see it was 30 mins long but I ended up watching the whole thing because of all the different topics he went over. Nothing groundbreaking but I thought he does a nice job with the presentation and editing and is easy to understand.

                      Yes, he's a might long-winded.

However, I think he's got his place: I watched a bit of his stuff when I was just getting my feet wet with a lot of 'gun stuff'. You can only google so much, particularly when you're a total n00b with no idea of terminology. I'd rather people watch him then post up "AR vs AK" threads.

Now I really only follow Hitckok45 for the fun.

I find his reviews really entertaining and informative. Nutnfancy doesn't just praise an item and read the item description from the website like many other people. He reviews them with his own points of views and brings out many different aspects of an item that I just don't see in anyone else's reviews. Do I agree with him a 100%? No, but he gives me a better idea of what I'm preparing to buy. Anyhoos, he's free to watch and if you don't like his channel, don't watch. He's having fun with guns and knives, why do so many people hate and criticize a guy that's just having fun.

He's also done contest where he's given away guns(!) and gear to viewers, how rad haha.

I found Nutn by searching for reviews on the Ruger SR-556 since it was the first AR I've ever seen. He gives out a lot of info and I enjoy that, helps that he goes into detail about expensive investments, know what I mean? LOVE his backpacking videos with his family and/or friends, inspires me to get out there and off the laptop hehe. Also looked into a rifle that ended up being my first firearm thanks to him Most recently I watched a review of his on some tactical loadout thing that I'd never get but enjoyed the vid anyways. I won't take one person's opinion and blindly go on that but thanks Mr. Nutnfancy for the help. I also love watching Hickok & Brandon's videos too.

Oh and I'm glad he made this vid, what a nice guy!
