Spoke to Larry Weeks a few mins ago and stated they will look into reloading supplies through Brownells but nothing definitive yet. I dont think it will happen.... Would have been great to shop at one place for everything...... Midway is a bit to high even with an 03.NRA Life MemberComment

I've bought from Sinclair before and think they have good products. Not mainstream, but definitely high quality. Brownells has never carried reloading equipment as such, so I'm going to be hopeful & say it's a good move.
Just a cursory review, but it seems to me two high quality operations have gotten together & expanded their market.
I'll definitely say it's a good move if my Brownell's discount applies to Sinclair.

Sinclair's the main competitor for Brownell's in the gunsmith screwdriver line, so part of it will depend on that. Midway sells Sinclair, since it doesn't make sense for them to sell Brownell's tools, and this could be trouble for them.
The Sinclair sets are often more varied for less money, and most people like the quality, but the Brownell's Magna-Tip sets are the gold standard.
Sinclair makes a bunch of other tools that will fit in well with Brownell's overall business.sigpic

Wheeler is wholly owned by Midway, they make decent screwdriver sets, especially if you need a weird size just a few times a year. No where in the manual or kit do they tell you where it was made...my money's on China
Brownells' definitely makes a better product; their customer service is superb.

My problem with Midway is that they won't ship reloading supplies - empty brass, bullets - to SF. They are the only mail order company I've dealt with which has that restriction. The result is I often have to order dies, MTM cases and such from them, brass & bullets from Graf or MidSouth or Sinclair. It's a pain & I'd hope to eventually do one stop shopping with Brownells.GOA Member & SAF Life MemberComment
