question about h&k 30rd ar15 magazines...

i have some questions about some magazines that i have. i'm not a big gun enthusiast so i honestly don't know much of the california gun laws. but i was in the military and was stationed here in california and after i got out i decided to stay here in ca. i also have with me a bunch of my military gear, including some m16/ar15 30rd magazines. i have about 13 of them made by h&k. i have no use for these mags and i want to sell them but i believe they are illegal in ca? but i heard that i could possibly sell the mags in ca if sell them as parts. the guy didn't make it clear to me.

i know i could probably find the answer looking on google or something but it's best to hear from actual people. but could someone clarify for me on what the law in california is for selling those mags, if i can at all?

Take the mags apart put them in a Zip Lock bag and sell them without worry.

Yup, I was on the same boat 5 years ago. Take 'em apart and sell with no worries.

On a side note, I sure wish I had kept those mags.
