Just saw this news report. I had heard that there was a shooting but I didn't know of the circumstance until just now...
So, a neighbor calls and reports a "man with a gun" and the cops show up to find a man with what looks like a gun, who consequently is shot, while holding said "gun". The only issue is that it wasn't a gun. It was a water nozzle...
Of course, the cops say he was acting strange and holding the nozzle with both hands...
Thoughts?
