DPMS customer service MIA?

Been trying to contact DPMS without success. Sent 2 e-mails over the last couple months(no reply) and if I call their 800 number during business hours it sends me to a voicemail box which is full. It then sends me to a phone line that rings and rings but no one ever picks up.

Anyone one else had similar problems trying to get hold of a human there?
If you found a way to get hold of someone, please share.

Trying to cancel an order I placed almost 5 months ago.

Just sent a cancellation e-mail to DPMS for that order to customer service and cc: ed their sales dept. With any luck, someone is actually reading those e-mails.

I've left 2 messages on their website contact page in the last month with no response.
