    Well if someone did create an apparatus that could lure dolphins into it, and send them flying, the sheer brilliance of the device would greatly outweigh the dispicability. Therefore, it'd still be cool.

        Hey, this might be the perfect solution for the guy who has the raccoon problems in his backyard. Launch it into the neighbors yard and let it be their headache... Otoh, there would probably be civil liability issues if you hit the neighbor with said flying raccoon, not to mention the damage the raccoon would do to the first human it gets it's paws on afterwards...

          That is an SB23 compliant squirrel launcher. You noticed the string "detachable" tool release system. A new string will have to be installed in order to reload thus not be able to spraying squirrels everywhere.
