    Military AW permit

A while back I requested the Military AW permit application. I never got around to sending it in, but I think I am going to do it soon. I'm going to AZ for Xmas and will get the serial number off my AR and send it in then. It is an OLL so I could still bring it in now, legally configured, of course.

    My questions are:

If my application is accepted, will I be able to use this gun here in CA without a BB and still have the pistol grip and other "evil" features?

What about using magazines larger than 10 rounds? I want to say it's illegal to import hi cap magazines unless they are for "parts", so then I legally wouldn't be able to get them here to use.. is that correct?

And, since it would be registered and I'd have the permit, could I attach, lets say, a 50BMG upper to it and legally use it?

OH ya, what about a silencer? IF my "AW" in AZ had one (legally), could I use that here?

    Thanks

    yes.

yes, you can use large-capacity magazines in it.

correct, the MAWP does not permit you to import mags. However, if you are issued large-cap mags, there is nothing in the PC that says you can't use them in your personal firearm.

    yes.

    nope.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
