Why no lawsuits for 4th-A violations on the 12031(e) ?

This is more of a question as wanting to know if anyone has ever
filed a 4th-A in Federal court, as against the 12031(e) ?
I don't know if the answer is on this forum, could someone guide me to it ?
    Thanks !

there is a ton of info on 12031(e) phishing trips...they just get deleted when it turns into a poop toss.

Patience. Not the first thing on the agenda.

First we need CA to 'get' that Second Amendment applies to the state, so the idea of carry isn't challenged. A couple of 9th Circuit victories may do that for us.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

AFAIK, this case is about the closest anyone has come. See also Gene's answer to my 12031(e)/4A question further down that thread here.

Thanks guys, Yeah I figure it was a wait and see type deal anyway.
However ! I was hoping to get a "Restraining Order" to protect me from the future
          E-Check violations under the 4th-A.
I was under the Impression LE's were here to protect us and our rights.
The Restraining order would be against the local Sheriff's dept, and all other PD's
          in your county or town.
Going to Federal Court, might bring up the Constitutionality of the 12031(e) law.
If the judge won't give it to you, you can file against him a Title 18 U.S.C. Section 241.
By their oath, they are bound to protect your Constitutional rights, unless they are taking the public's money under false pretenses, and that is a crime.
          Think about it !

Think about it, this is preemptive, to exercise your right under the Constitution.
