Seriously though, this is not the first kB! image I've seen where a barrel split like that. Don't take Mythbusters as definitive proof of anything.

I thought that was a rule of life. Never stick your "gun in the dirt" or the barrel of your rifle. And by "gun" I don't mean a firearm.
