    I use a corded silicone plug and shotgun ear muff (slim type) combo so I get more hearing protection when shooting indoors. But outdoors, either protection will do.

        i use -32db rated disposables. Jug of 50 pairs will run like 10$ and last years. I have been using them for ages on motorcycles and now when i go shooting as well.
