Record of CA firearms

Did a quick search and couldn't find the answer to this question, so I thought I would ask here.

Does anyone know what form or what process you would use to find out what firearms the CA Bureau of Firearms thinks you own? I am curious what they have on their records.

I checked the website and didn't see anything except a few forms to notify them of firearms you may own or no longer own, but nothing to see what they say you own.
