Anyone had a broken ar bolt?

if so, do you know what brand it was?
I had one break 15 years ago, dont know the brand. I know about hpt, mpi etc, just curious how many have really broken.

The ejector hole on my bushmaster bolt was out of round and kept getting debris wedged in there. Bushmaster replaced the bolt under warranty.

A former co-worker had a Daniel Defense bolt let go in his C3 Defense AR. Sent it back and they replaced it no problem. Sorry, I don't know the exact specifics of the failure, but next time I see him, I'll ask.

I broke one after about 15 - 20k rounds, came with an old ASA upper, dont know who made the bolt. Replaced it with a Les Baer. Now I carry a spare bolt control group in the range bag.
