Since you saw it in CA, I assume it's a semi-auto only. So, what's its claim to fame, other than being as ugly as tobacco subsidies?

kind of cool looking- minimal to no recoil, glock 21 mags (which is kind of cool as well, 2 weapons 1 xommon mag)

      vector vs USC?

They are pretty fun to shoot.

I tried one in SBR format. Nice and light, recoil is soft.

Easy to break down and clean too.

The mag is released by the support side hand way up front which I thought was a little odd, from an ergonomics perspective. Seems you can't drop the empty mag while getting a new one to put in its place. You need to have a mag ready, rip out the empty and put in the full mag in.

Trigger reset was a little soft too, had to get used to it.

As for looks I think form follows function.

But, I liked it over all.

I guess I could get used to the looks. I'm still curious, though, what about it commands a $2000 price tag? Is there something really special about it? Just idly curious...

I can't tell if the magazine is located somewhere other than the pistol grip? If not I might start saving to get a non BB one since I have standard g21 mags.

I've had a chance to shoot one and I have to tell you that it's like no other carbine you've ever shot!
The reduced recoil they claim from their propriatary system is just what they say!
Never in my life have I shot a gun with so little felt recoil which in turns relates to accuracy!

All that aside....The price is more than I'd pay for an everyday fun gun.
2X's the price of a decent AR makes it unreasonable to me.
