Looks like something cobbled together out of spare Uzi and MAC parts.

          It's ugly.
The thing with firearms is that they are not like any other consumer product, simple ownership of one carries a lot of responsibility.

With a pump cocking action is it still a machine gun? Would you have to register it based on the fire selector?

            It's very ugly.

Why anyone would want this is beyond me. Seems like, given what you can do in the rest of the country, if this is the best he can come up with, he might consider something other than Frankengunning.

Uhh, it's a machine gun because it fires on full auto. It doesn't matter how you cock it. Matter of fact that pump cocking action is rather ingenious as Mac's and Uzi's do not haver the greatest bolt lever ever. It would also greatly reduced the manual of arms in clearing a jam as you do not have to move your hands to clear the chamber.

My reading of it was that you had to manually cock it each time to fire a round. Doesn't that, in itself, basically make the pump action the "trigger" if the actual trigger is pulled? Kinda seems like a fancy way of saying full auto trigger but still semi-auto as you have to feed it each time.

It's definately full auto, read the ad and watch the video. If he could pump at 800rpm (the approx ROF seen in the video) that's mighty impressive.

Considering the price, the video, the ad; and the fact that it's on a Form 4 it better be an MG.
