Otis has everything you need, even their very basic cleaning kit has it all: http://www.otisgun.com/

Glocks run better dry and by nature don't require a whole lot of maintenance. I think a toothbrush is the best thing you can buy for a Glock, it'll help you get gunk out of the rails. Any rod and caliber appropriate brush will do, though for pistol barrels and newer firearms in general that have a regular cleaning cycle I think I like nylon brushes best.

I really like Otis cleaning kits because the gear is top quality and very durable. But to be absolutely honest there's really nothing in there that will clean a Glock better than it'll clean an XD, a 1911, an HK, or any other gun. Buying some Otis equipment would be a great investment for anyone who can afford it, but it's not going to do anything special.

For a glock, a pack of 2x2 patches, a bottle of CLP. 9mm/38 brass brush, the glock rod that came with your gun, and one of those green "M16" toothbrushes. That's all you need.

Yup! The Glocks I see are typically run with very little lube, if any at all. Usually only a smear on the frame rails will do it and that's about all you need.

And the best part is, if you go to your dentist regularly, you probably don't even need to buy a toothbrush. Just use your old one when you're done and after you get a replacement from your neighborhood dentist. You can clean the frame with just soap and hot water with no ill effects. The best part is that this method also gets rid of any built up gunk on the outside.. you know, dead skin cells / sweaty hand residue.

i have a bunch of crap and junk in a big old UMCO fishing tackle box; i do keep it organized. i just get one thing at a time that i might need for all my needs.

i don't buy anything specific to the Glock that my other guns can't use.

most important tool for secret Glock cleaning; toothbrush.

I would recommend using the nylon brush that also comes with the Glock rather than a brass brush.

                      Minimum Glock Kit:

Toothbrush, very small bottles oil (CLP, OTIS etc) and MPro 7, Q-tips, lint free rags (old t-shirts)

                      1) Use the provided Glock bore brush and rod for the bore, use tooth brush everywhere else, clean breach face and under extractor, wipe down with rags, place small piece of rag on bore brush to chase bore after brushing. Spray a small amount of MPro on your brushes if cleaning is stubborn, don't spray slide or receiver with MPro.

                      2) Oil - place 2-3 drops on a Q-tip and lubricate all Glock points with that Q-tip per Glock Instructions.

otis and bore snake for a quick clean.

I use other stuff such as dewey rods and other things for a "deeper" clean.

Barrel and internals, yes. I would keep it off the outside of the slide and frame, just because. I never use solvents on exposed parts of a gun, they generally aren't really dirty enough to truly need it. Hoppes 9 is good stuff, I use it on all my guns.

Cleaning essentials: rod and appropriate jag, old white t-shirt for patches, old toothbrush (m16 brush is a nice upgrade), Hoppes #9, 3-in-1 oil. These basics have kept generations of guns in good maintenance, and are all you really need to keep any firearm in excellent working order.
